Nice vid XeoX Although I've never made a Quake 3 video here's some tips.
-Try using a maxed out graphics config with picmip set at 0 or 1, cg_shadows 2 makes the models look 10 times as good.
-You can remove the timer, ammo, health and all text messages for a more sleek look.
Of course the most important thing is the frags and they were very nice so nice job xeox .

Heh.. I'm playing a/w also... Including 1.32(aka cmpa ^^) So it was nesecarry for me to have HUD Shadows... Doesn't really matter.. I wont react to black things... Also my sound setting is kinda cool and i hear things I shouldn't So shadows are pointless for me
About vid... It sucks like hell lol... No graphics.. Not really edited.. Hopefully I'll get good fast so people would start demoing me and i could collect good demos for 1 10-15 min movie But for all that will have to wait till end of sumer(hopefully)

And picmip was for easier seeing... Cause whit my settings: 1.) I'd lag like whore while recording + screen needed to be small.. 2.) Whit picmip it's easier to see things in videos.. 'Cause whit high quality settings Youtube.com will screw it into small 320x240 screen and everything will be mixed up

You don't have to use the the picmip thingy, remove the hud and all, and add nice shadow effects while playing, just use those settings when you view the demos. But maybe you didn't demo within quake, just used a screen recorder.
